About The Green Room
Since 2016, The Green Room has been working to support environmental and societal change within the music, performing arts, and broader cultural sectors. With environmental issues at the core of its mission, The Green Room positions itself at the intersection of multiple transitions, developing strategies, conducting contextual studies, and co-creating solutions to support cultural professionals as we rethink and adapt our practices together.
About the Go Green Cinema Project (GGC)
The training programme is part of the Go Green Cinema (GGC) project, jointly developed by Kinoatelje and Motovila, which supports sustainable access to film culture in the cross-border area between Slovenia and Italy. The project combines infrastructure, mobility, and professional training to build a resilient network of cultural venues and organisations in connection with GO! 2025. GGC promotes environmentally responsible practices and aims to empower local actors with knowledge, tools, and collaboration opportunities.
The Go Green Cinema project – GGC is funded by the European Union through the Small Projects Fund of the GO! 2025 Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 program, managed by EGTC GO.
