The Culture Moves Europe call for Residency Hosts is for legal entities (non-profit organisations, NGOs, public bodies, foundations, companies, self-employed persons etc.) who want to host a residency for artists/ cultural professionals legally residing in other Creative Europe countries. It supports them to welcome up to 5 international artists and cultural professionals for a residency project lasting between 22 and 180 days. The sector covered: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts and visual arts.
Deadline for application to Culture Moves Europe third call for residency hosts: 15 May 2024.
The application is a two-phase procedure:
- Phase 1: The host applies with a proposal for a residency project, presenting their concept, objectives, and overall planning. If the project is selected, it enters Phase 2.
- Phase 2: The host selects the participants and defines the precise dates of the residency. The grant is then calculated based on the time frame, travel itineraries, and individual situations of the participants.
