Alojz Kocjančič Residency House

The residency programme, which takes place in the house of Alojz Kocjančič in Kubed (Municipality of Koper), is open to Slovenian artists. The selection of the artists-in-residence(s) is made on the basis of an annual call for applications. Each year the call is open to a different field of art, with the aim of ensuring equal opportunities for artists of all genres to work and participate. The residency offers living apartments with all the necessary equipment and a separate studio where artists can create. Artists are also provided with funds to cover the costs of materials. At the end of the year, a final event is held to present the artists in residence and their work.
