The Creative Europe supported project OPE.N brings together a consortium of 3 organisations from 3 countries in SE Europe (Croatia, Slovenia, Kosovo) driven by strong common interest in tackling issues of lack of appropriate support for the independent cultural actors especially with regards to the public infrastructure that these organisations use to incubate, produce and mediate high quality artistic and cultural content towards large and diverse audiences in different urban communities.
