Current CERV opportunities for the cultural and creative sectors

CERV is launching calls for proposals for 2025. How can its co-funding schemes help the cultural and creative sectors?

The CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights, Values) programme is a citizens, equality, rights and values programme that promotes active citizenship and twinning between cities as well as raising awareness of shared history, culture, heritage and values.

It is also accessible to the cultural and creative sectors, providing co-funding for projects that reinforce European values, promote intercultural dialogue and support artistic and creative initiatives with the aim of strengthening democratic participation. With this funding, cultural organisations can develop projects that address societal challenges such, as in equality, human rights and active citizenship, thus contributing to an inclusive and cohesive European society.

The CERV National Contact Points (PiNA) provides assistance and support to applicants.
