A public panel held as part of the two‑day Meeting of European Film Festival Networks, organised during the Kino Otok – Isola Cinema film festival. The event is co‑organised by Motovila / CED Slovenia together with partner CED MEDIA centres.

As part of a professional gathering that brings together selected European festival networks supported by the Creative Europe MEDIA programme, the public panel Inside Festival Networks: Imaginative Ways of Building Film Communities of the Future will explore shared challenges and emerging opportunities in the European festival landscape.

About the meeting (10–12 June)

The meeting brings together representatives of five European festival networks that, with the support of the Creative Europe MEDIA programme, contribute to strengthening the European festival ecosystem and facilitating the exchange of knowledge, innovation, and audiences. The programme focuses on sharing experiences, exploring new approaches, and identifying common pathways for deeper cooperation and audience reach.

The event is co‑organised by Motovila – CED Slovenia and partner CED MEDIA centres from Belgium (Flanders), Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Croatia, Italy (Turin), Lithuania, and Germany (Berlin–Brandenburg), in collaboration with the Kino Otok – Isola Cinema festival.
