Matchmaking session to build a partnership with libraries

Network of Creative Europe Culture Desks, which includes CED Slovenia, invites you to an online event to learn about and connect with European libraries, which will take place on Tuesday, September 8, from 14:00 to 16:00!

This event is intended for libraries, NGOs and other organizations, and institutions in the fields of culture, the arts, books, and publishing, as well as anyone interested in developing an international project with libraries. You can join the meeting to present your project or register as an observer.

The event is an excellent opportunity to:

learn about Creative Europe opportunities,
present your idea for a project involving libraries,
find partners from across Europe,
establish international contacts and strengthen your consortium.

is mandatory – by 23 August 2026 for the project pitch // by 7 September 2026 as an observer

Application for Project Presentation (“Project Pitchers”)

Present your project and find partners for projects involving libraries. A maximum of 7 projects will be selected from among the applications received and presented live during the online session. The involvement of libraries must be a key component of all proposed projects, as the event is designed to strengthen their role in European cultural cooperation and partnerships within the Creative Europe program. The organizers will notify the selected candidates by August 31.

Note: Even if your project is not selected for a live presentation, it won’t be lost! With your consent, all submitted presentations and participants’ contact information will be compiled into a publicly accessible database, which will facilitate the establishment of future partnerships.

Registration for Observers

Join the meeting as an observer and meet potential partners. Your registration will be automatically confirmed, and you will receive a link to the Zoom conference in a confirmation email after submitting the form.
