It was released as part of the research publication <i>The Situation of At-risk and Displaced Artists and Culture Professionals \u2013 Volume 4 New Instruments<\/i> (On the Move, 2026).<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>The <em>Mobility Funding Guide: At-risk and Displaced Artists and Culture Professionals<\/em> grew out of On the Move\u2019s international research-action project, which examined policies and good practices supporting displaced artists in EU Member States, the United Kingdom and the United States. It brings together <strong>public and private funding bodies and programmes for at-risk and displaced artists and culture professionals at national, regional and international levels<\/strong>. The guide was edited by Yohann Floch (On the Move), who also contributed to the research alongside Manojna Yeluri.<\/p>\n<p>The first part of the guide covers <strong>emergency grants and programmes for individuals and organisations<\/strong>. It groups resources addressing conflicts, artistic freedom and censorship; climate change and natural disasters; livelihood, medical and economic precarity; the urgent needs of indigenous and gender-marginalised people. It also includes country-specific programmes and resources. The second part presents <strong>programmes supporting artist relocation<\/strong>, which can provide a safer environment in which to live and continue working.
