Culture Moves Europe<\/strong> provides mobility grants for artists and cultural professionals in all 40 creative Europe countries. It covers the sectors<\/strong> of architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts and visual arts.\u00a0With a budget of \u20ac21 million, Culture Moves Europe offers mobility grants<\/strong> to around 7,000 artists, cultural professionals and host organisations<\/strong> from 2022 to 2025<\/strong>. Funded by the Creative Europe<\/strong> programme of the European Union, Culture Moves Europe is implemented by the Goethe-Institut<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Two types of grants<\/h5>\n

The scheme consists of two action lines: individual mobility (for individuals and groups of up to five persons) and residencies.<\/p>\n

1. Individual mobility action <\/strong>offers financial support to individuals who travel between 7 and 60 days or groups of up to 5 persons who travel between 7 and 21 days.\u00a0Rolling calls for all sectors that Culture Moves Europe covers are open every year between autumn and spring. The second call for individual mobility of artists and cultural professionals is open for submission of applications until 31 May 2024<\/strong> for mobility grants to 40 Creative Europe countries.<\/p>\n

2. Residency action<\/strong> is aimed at organisations and established individual artists who regularly organise residencies and are interested in hosting artists and cultural professionals. The third call for residency hosts is open for submission of applications until 15 May 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
