About the online workshop

The focal points of the workshop include an exploration of early-stage marketing and a complex understanding of marketing & PR through the different stages of the filmmaking process. Attendees can expect valuable insights into preparing impactful pitch decks at a project’s early stage as well as insuring the creation of key marketing materials during the production process. Through several case studies, participants will gain practical knowledge on developing strategic positioning during production, coordinating with partners, and the lasting impact of decisions made early on.

Furthermore, the event will delve into Creative Europe MEDIA Applications, proposing tips for addressing key sections and aligning the application process with the overarching marketing and PR strategy.

About the lecturer

Michael Aron worked for Paris based sales agents Celluloid Dreams, Le Pacte & Coproduction Office before joining WOLF as a partner. Launched in early 2010, WOLF is a boutique PR & Marketing firm helping filmmakers communicate and achieve their vision. WOLF’s approach encompasses the entire production cycle: from overcoming obstacles to getting a new project noticed and financed, to preparing completed films for launch at the major international film festivals.
